Taste:
The 2024 Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc has a fresh, delicate green color. Zesty and vibrant on the nose, with notes of juicy citrus and kaffir lime, underpinned by subtle aromas of white nectarine and passionfruit. On the palate, ripe passionfruit and citrus mingle with tropical notes of peach and guava, gently balanced by earthy, saline notes. (Jim White)

Production:
The challenging growing season, with erratic weather and disease pressure, meant a lot of work in the vineyard. The hard work paid off. Perfect harvesting conditions allowed for the collection of excellent, ripe grape material, which was crafted into a vintage with intense citrus notes and impressive length. The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc was cold-fermented 95 percent in stainless steel with selected yeast. 5 percent fermented at warmer temperatures in older French oak vats with wild yeast to add additional texture and complexity.

Enjoy chilled at 8-10°C. Ideal with seafood such as shellfish, crabs, and lobster, as well as white meat and fresh, light dishes.
