MINUTY M ROSÉ 2024
The concentrated Minuty M wines from Provence are selected according to the purest Minuty style. A combination of freshness, respect for the fruit, and intensity of aromas.
The M vintage is characterized by its balance and vibrancy. Jean-Etienne and François Matton primarily use Grenache for its elegant aromas, Cinsault for its freshness, Syrah for its complexity, and a touch of Tibouren from the sea for its delicate white fruit aromas. The idea is to capture the bright intensity of the juices.
Aroma: The rosé wine, with its intense aromas ranging from zesty berries to tropical fruits. Shimmering pink with crisp aromas that pack a punch with yellow grapefruit, white currant, blood orange, and fresh berries like raspberry.
Palate: On the palate, it is lively and light, with refreshing piquant and herbaceous notes.
Recommendation: The M vintage is always and everywhere perfect. Serve it between 8-10° to cool down and relax on the terrace or by the pool with olives and snacks of all kinds, tapas, dips, crackers, wasabi peas, and vegetable chips. It pairs well with summer salads like a classic tomato-mozzarella salad or Salade niçoise. Seafood, including shellfish and shrimp.
Grapes: Grapes from all Côtes de Provence terroirs on the mainland and coast from Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Tibouren grapes.
