Das Weingut Domaine de Terres Blanches, das zu den Weingütern der Familie Saget in Bué-en-Sancerre und Amigny gehört, umfasst ~13,5 ha, die mit Sauvignon Blanc auf kalkhaltigen Böden der Typen „caillottes“ und „terres blanches“ bepflanzt sind.
In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Berater Stéphane Derenoncourt werden die Weine auf Reinheit, Mineralität und Ausdruck des Terroirs ausgerichtet, um frische, strukturierte und kulinarisch ansprechende Weine zu erzeugen
Passt zu:
Klassische Loire-Paarungen - Ziegenkäse wie Crottin de Chavignol
Schalentiere und Meeresfrüchte (Austern, Jakobsmuscheln, Sushi)
Leichter Fisch, Salate, Spargel und fein gewürzte Gerichte. Die zitrus-mineralische Achse des Weins und sein moderates Gewicht erlauben es ihm, sich mit einer Vielzahl von Meeresfrüchten und hellem Fleisch zu verbinden.
