Die aus der Provence stammenden konzentrierten Minuty M-Weine werden nach dem reinsten Minuty-Stil ausgewählt. Eine Kombination aus Frische, Respekt für die Frucht und Intensität der Aromen.
Der Jahrgang M zeichnet sich durch seine Ausgewogenheit und Lebendigkeit. Jean-Etienne und François Matton verwenden hauptsächlich Grenache für seine eleganten Aromen, Cinsault für seine Frische, Syrah für seine Komplexität und eine Prise Tibouren vom Meer für seine zarten Aromen von weißen Früchten. Die Idee ist, die ganze die leuchtende Intensität der Säfte.
Aroma: Der roséfarbene Wein ist mit seinen intensiven Aromen die von spritzigen Beeren bis hin zu tropischen Früchten reichen. Schimmerndes Rosa mit knackigen Aromen, die es in sich haben mit gelber Grapefruit, weißer Johannisbeere, Blutorange und frischen Beeren wie Himbeere.
Gaumen: Am Gaumen ist er lebhaft und leicht, mit erfrischend pikanten und krautigen Noten.
Empfehlung: Der Jahrgang M ist immer und überall perfekt. Servieren Sie ihn zwischen 8-10° zur Abkühlung und Entspannung auf der Terrasse oder am Pool mit Oliven und Knabbereien aller Art, Tapas, Dips, Crackern, Wasabi-Erbsen und Gemüsechips. Er passt gut zu mit sommerlichen Salaten wie einem klassischen Tomaten-Mozzarella-Salat oder Salade niçoise. Meeresfrüchte, einschließlich Schalentiere und Garnele
