Only perfectly ripe 100% Blue Weber Agaves are hand-harvested from both the Highlands and Lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico's Tequila Valley. The Añejo Reserva is aged for a minimum of 12 months in a blend of French oak, wine, bourbon, and sherry casks. It is masterfully blended to create a luxurious, rounded, and unique expression that highlights the rich chocolate and fruit notes from the sherry casks. The final touch is aeration of the Añejo Reserva to make the mouthfeel richer and rounder.
