Palate: Surprisingly smooth with peat smoke and sweet vanilla, as well as light, dry cake and sprinkles. Towards the finish, it becomes fruitier and milder with caramelized pear.
Finish: Medium-length, with peat smoke and a sweetness that gives way to fruitiness.
