Nose: Sweet fruit compote with vanilla sauce, paired with heavy peat smoke. In the background, light oak spice appears.
Palate: Crispy vanilla waffles lie next to juicy bacon-wrapped dates. Dark berry notes bring balance and are completed by unsweetened cocoa. Over everything, strong wisps of smoke hover again.
Finish: Roasted black pepper brings long-lasting spice, before the Scotch says goodbye with a mouth full of vanilla and blackberries.
