Bin 27 stands for the tradition and style of the great Fonseca Vintage Ports, as well as for depth and character. In the glass, a dark, ruby-red color shimmers. The aroma is intense, reminiscent of ripe blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries, and plums – interwoven with notes of spices. On the palate, it is very full and round with a clear, velvety texture, countered by firm, mouth-filling tannins. The juicy black fruit flavors linger long on the finish. Fonseca Bin No. 27 is excellent for the classic Port and cheese combination. It also pairs well with dark chocolate or berry desserts.
