Highlands

Nose: Very intense with powerful aromas. Very well integrated alcohol. Subtle, dark sweetness and oily nuts merge with roasted cocoa beans, nougat cream, and a hint of espresso. In the background, dried plum and pickled dates.
Palate: Oily-soft. The alcohol kicks in only after a moment. Similar to the nose, but significantly more intense, notes of nut, cocoa beans, espresso, and dried plum appear first. Gradually, the dark sweetness unfolds.
Finish: Long, warming, and dark.
