The Pol Roger Brut Champagne Cuvée of the 2015 vintage immediately impresses with its animatingly lively effervescence. Fine silver-colored bubbles form a long-lasting perlage. The elegant nose initially presents itself with fine aromas of light fruits and apricots. Later in the glass, this champagne radiates an enormous complexity of notes of white nectarines and quince jelly, mixed with brioche and pastry. On the palate, the balanced, delicate texture feels velvety and creamy, developing aromas of dried fruits. A masterpiece of harmony.
