Tasting Notes:
Nose: Orchard fruit (pear) with hints of peat, vanilla and malt.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Very sweet. Initially caramel cream heavy then caramelized fruit sugar, toffee and fudge, before some apple and peach come through. Over time, a charred bourbon note with a pleasant dusty dryness.
Palate: Sweet start and quite oily, and although the alcohol causes a slight tingle on the tongue, the result is good weight in the mid-palate. The dry distillation character is still present, but there is now a depth that counteracts it. Water dissolves the different elements somewhat, but adds some dried mint.
Finish: Deep and dark.

Nose: Salty sea spray, perfumed floral notes of violet and lavender, and vanilla.
Palate: Fruity and sweet. Soft peach and green apple, followed by caramel and vanilla custard.
Finish: Dry, medium length. Spicy peat complements the maritime character.
