A Calvados like the ones our great-grandfathers, adventurous trappers, used to drink. Its unique character results from the use of different casks.
Taste:
Colour: copper-coloured, brilliant and clear. Nose: dominant aromas of bitter oranges and ripe apples, followed by notes of mild spices, mild pepper and ginger. Palate: distinct aromas of stewed apples, liquorice and dark chocolate, present tannins. Serving suggestion: As a digestif: at room temperature, in a shot glass.
