Since 2017, Laurent-Perrier has been designing a reusable metal case with a closure to highlight the quality of the wine, matching the generously shaped Cuvée Rosé bottle.

Following the "Signature", "Constellation", "Safari", "Butterfly", and "Bamboo" robes, Laurent-Perrier now presents "Petals". A robe of light, in which Dahlia or Strelitzia petals are subtly interwoven in iridescent pop colors. A harmony of red and pink tones with orange or blue accents, reminiscent of the fresh and crisp nuances of the red and black fruit palette of this great Rosé Champagne.

DESCRIPTION
An assemblage of 10 Grand Cru sites, preferably from the southern part of the Montagne de Reims – where the famous Côte de Bouzy is also located – including the sites in Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois, and Tours-sur-Marne. Maceration, which lasts 48 to 72 hours depending on the vintage, develops the color and, above all, the incomparable fruit aromas that reveal the rich aromatic palette of the best Pinot Noir sites.
The maturation period in the cellars is 5 years.

TASTING
A clear bouquet of extraordinary freshness and a palette of red fruits: raspberry, currant, strawberry, black cherry. Pure and tart on the attack, yet round and supple. The fruity taste dominates the palate and resembles a basket of freshly picked red berries.

SERVING SUGGESTION
Its rich aromatic palette makes it the ideal accompaniment to raw, marinated fish, grilled prawns, exotic cuisine, Parma ham, and red fruit desserts. For those who dare, it can also be served with Asian or Indian dishes.
Serving temperature: between 8 and 10°C.
