Production:
2015 was a very good year in Champagne. Although there was little rainfall and the summer was more intensely warm than usual in Champagne, grapes of good, concentrated quality were harvested. Therefore, cellar master Dominique Demarville decided to create a new vintage champagne that can be enjoyed for years to come. Its aging potential is 15 years.
Serving suggestion:
Enjoy chilled at 10-12°C. The freshness of this Veuve Clicquot Vintage is excellent as an aperitif, or with seafood such as pan-fried scallops.
