The red wine from Château Lynch-Moussas is a smoky and powerful, top-class wine, made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2020 vintage.
Taste:
Excitement on the nose as well as on the palate. Graphite, dark fruit and mocha. Juicy and mild at first, followed by firm tannins. Dominant use of wood, giving the wine ideal aging potential. 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot.
Deep dark with a hint of black ink defines the color in the glass.
Production:
Château Lynch-Moussas 2020 was produced with the utmost respect for the fruit and the terroir. For winemaking, the grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted. Fermentation takes place over 21-28 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in the barrel and ages for 14-16 months in small French oak barrels before bottling.

Ideal with grilled meat, game, lamb, poultry and spicy cheese.
