Château Nairac 2015 2ème Grand Cru Classé de Barsac – Premium Sauternes Wine
Vinification & Aging:
Château Nairac 2015 is made from 17 hectares of vineyards located on the renowned limestone soils of Barsac. The unique terroir and the influence of the Ciron River promote the development of Botrytis, the noble rot essential for producing exceptional Sauternes wines. The grapes were harvested between September 28th and October 3rd and undergo careful fermentation. Subsequently, the wine ages for 2.5 years in barrels, which enhances its complexity and depth.
Tasting Notes:
Château Nairac 2015 impresses with a complex bouquet, offering enchanting aromas of honey, ripe apricots, citrus fruits, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, a rich, honeyed sweetness unfolds, perfectly balanced by a fresh acidity, giving the wine a harmonious structure. The finish is long, with lingering citrus and honey notes and a subtle minerality that reflects the exceptional terroir.
