6,250 Bottles (Europe) Summer ReleaseExtremely little single malt, extremely high demand – Single Farm Estate Whisky from Daftmill. The Daftmill Summer Batch Release 2021 is now ready to launch. Double reason to celebrate: With 6,250 bottles, the Farm Distillery has bottled more bottles than usual. The basis for the Lowland Single Malt is barley from the southern fields of the farm. However, the Optic variety grown there was used for distillation one last time in the summer of 2010. The limited whisky matured for 11 years in 25 First Fill Bourbon Barrels from Clermont Springs Distillery in Kentucky. Connoisseurs can explore its complex aromas as usual at an ideal drinking strength of 46% vol.
