Pio Cesare's Dolcetto d'Alba DOC comes from the house's own vineyards in Treiso, Barbaresco and Sinio in Piedmont. It shows lively aromas of small berries, cherries and violets. Fresh, fruity and structured on the palate, with pleasant roundness and soft tannins – vinified and aged in stainless steel.
