Harvested and produced after an exceptionally challenging year, it spent more than a decade in Dom Pérignon's cellars and is now ready to be enjoyed in all its perfect splendor.

Assemblage and Origin:
In 2012, nature did its best to challenge the Maison Dom Pérignon. From frost and floods to heatwaves, the vineyards were exposed to a lot. Despite these difficult conditions, the September harvest yielded excellent, diverse and balanced grapes, which allowed the cellar masters to create an assemblage of great contrasts and complexity.

Color:
Bright shimmering gold.

Aroma:
Powdery white flowers, sweet apricot, fresh rhubarb and mint, combined with ashy minerality and an invigorating hint of white pepper.

Taste:
A gentle start quickly turns into a sparkling experience, with sour and bitter notes taking center stage. The finish is intense and strict, characterized by warmth and notes of ginger and tobacco.

Menu suggestions:
As a starter with fresh oysters, sliced cucumber and kaffir lime zest, and with main courses such as guinea fowl with crispy skin, served with a coffee and yuzu sauce. This champagne is also particularly suitable as a dessert with plum tart with vanilla cream.
