Description and Characteristics:

The Nose: Initially, the wine presents with a somewhat dark, roasted note reminiscent of cocoa powder. But soon, the nose opens up to a floral bouquet, reminiscent of a lush bunch of flowers, with aromas of linden leaves, jasmine, and peony. These floral nuances are perfectly complemented by the spicy tones of anise and cardamom. A refreshing herbaceous and fruity freshness is added, reminiscent of chlorophyll, orange peel, and green papaya, completing the overall experience of the wine.

The Palate: On the palate, the wine presents broad and harmonious, with a soft and at the same time generous texture.
