Dom Ruinart Rosé, named after the Maison's original founder, is an excellent Cuvée Rosé, made from grapes grown in the Grand Cru regions of Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. The 2009 vintage cuvée combines the fruitiness of Pinot Noir with the freshness of Chardonnay and is characterized by a skillful combination of spicy and floral notes. Its exceptional complexity increases over time.

Deep pink, with traces of copper
Aroma:
Roasted coffee and cocoa beans unfold on the nose, mingling with caramelized apple and ripe citrus fruits – mandarin, blood orange, and kumquat.
Taste:
Flavors of plum and hibiscus, refined by ripe citrus fruits with a hint of blood orange, unfold
incredibly fresh and precise on the palate. With further aging, it develops even more intense notes of smoke and spice.
Food Pairings:
Salmon or tuna tataki marinated with ginger and soy sauce make a fresh and elegant accompaniment.
For the main course, we recommend grilled Bresse chicken breast. Its multifaceted character perfectly complements the flavorful depth of this champagne.
