Grape variety: Chardonnay
Origin: Côtes de Gascogne, France
The Grassa family were the first winemakers to plant the Chardonnay grape variety in Gascony in the 1980s.
A delicate nose with floral and buttery notes. The fresh and powerful palate is supported by very subtle toasted notes. The finish is full and elegant. A rich yet very elegant wine.

PACKAGING
The 3-liter Bag-in-Box packaging offers many advantages:
- The packaging can be easily separated into bag and cardboard, dismantled, and disposed of and recycled in a space-saving manner.
- From an ecological point of view, the production of a BiB is far superior to a glass bottle.
- The shelf life of the wines after opening the packaging is longer, as no air from outside reaches the product remaining in the packaging.
