ELG Gin No. 4 is a Danish premium gin from the Stone Grange Craft Distillery on Lake Esrum, north of Copenhagen. Distilled from just three botanicals – juniper, coriander and carrot – it gets its natural pink colour from a black-carrot extract. On the palate, an intense juniper note, accompanied by fine citrus freshness and a pleasant mouthfeel from the carrot.
