The "Las Niñas ELLA" organic tasting package consists of 6 different wines (3x red wine, 2x white wine, 1x rosé wine), as follows:

Chardonnay – DO Valle de Casablanca 2022 – ORGANIC
Colour: Beautiful bright golden yellow colour.
Nose: Subtle aromas of peach, apricot, citrus fruits, butter and toast.
Palate: On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, round and persistent. This wine will transport you to the unique, beautiful, natural and harmonious place from which it originates.
Recommendation: Ideal with seafood (oysters, clams with Parmesan, shrimp), fish (grilled sea bass) or pasta with olive oil and cheese.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Grape varieties: 100% Chardonnay

Carménère – DO Colchagua 2022 – ORGANIC
Colour: Brilliant carmine red.
Nose: The nose is intense, the aromas of liquorice, blackberry and dried fruits are incredible.
Palate: On the palate, it is round, silky, warm and long-lasting. In the Apalta Valley, Carménère has found a terroir where it can fully develop and produce wines of great finesse and personality.
Recommendation: This Carménère is a perfect companion to many dishes, from Thai cuisine to roasted turkey, aged cheese and air-dried ham.

Sauvignon Blanc – DO Leyda 2022 – ORGANIC
Colour: Bright yellow robe with green reflections.
Nose: The nose is very expressive and complex, releasing aromas of grapefruit, mango and blackcurrant leaves.
Palate: On the palate, it is fresh and persistent, its great volume and beautiful acidity give it an incredible balance.
Recommendation: Ideal with seafood, oysters, fish and fresh vegetables.

Cabernet Sauvignon – DO Colchagua 2022 – ORGANIC
Colour: Intense, brilliant red colour.
Nose: The complex nose is a mixture of liquorice, pepper, red fruits.
Palate: The palate is lively, reactive, tannic and of remarkable and pleasant freshness. It is a wine that will have excellent longevity.
Recommendation: Ideal with aged cheese and cured meats or as an accompaniment to beef stew or pork ribs.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C

Mourvèdre - Syrah – DO Colchagua 2021 – ORGANIC
Colour: Light pink robe with slight orange notes.
Nose: The nose is intense and very pleasant, the aromas of red fruits mingle with floral scents.
Palate: On the palate, it is both voluminous and acidic, and perfectly balanced.
Recommendation: Ideal with ceviche, paella or oysters. But also with watermelon salad or gazpacho.

Grape varieties: 60% Mourvèdre and 40% Syrah

Syrah – DO Leyda 2021 – ORGANIC
Colour: Composition of an intense and brilliant blackish red.
Nose: The nose is intense with aromas of fresh red fruits and violets.
Palate: On the palate, it is fresh, tannic and concentrated. It is a powerful and generous wine.
Recommendation: Excellent with grilled lamb, pork fillet with plums or mushroom risotto.

Origin
Over the past twenty years, the Colchagua Valley has developed from a quiet agricultural area into one of Chile's most important and active wine regions. The low altitude of Colchagua's coastal hills allows Pacific breezes to interact with Andean winds, cooling the valley and extending the region's ripening period, which helps to preserve the acidity of the grapes, producing red wines with excellent colour, great freshness and good ageing potential. Colores Santos (Holy Colours) is a tribute to Chilean nature, its landscapes, flora and fauna. A land of a thousand colours, a land of contrasts. The grapes for this wine grow in the D.O. Valle Central, at the foot of the Andes. The "Valle Central" in Chile is one of South America's most important wine-growing regions. It stretches from the Maipo Valley (south of Santiago) to the southern end of the Maule Valley. These 400 km encompass many different climates and terroirs, leading to very diverse wine profiles.
