Carménère - Syrah - DO Colchagua 2022

Color: Deep purple-red.

Nose: Beautiful aromas of strawberries and raspberries gracefully combine with subtle notes of herbs, spices, and cedar.

Palate: On the palate, it is a lively, juicy, and fresh wine. It has a beautiful roundness and a texture that lingers with the light cedar from oak aging.

Recommendation: Pairs well with pork and pasta.

Cabernet Sauvignon - Syrah - DO Colchagua 2021

Color: Deep purple-red

Nose: Intense aromas of blackberries and plums, accompanied by subtle hints of coconut and cedar.

Palate: Juicy and balanced, with a pleasant grip that doesn't detract from the beautiful texture. Lots of black cherry and blackberry fruit, beautifully combined with a hint of vanilla and toast.

Recommendation: Pairs well with meat pies or a nice barbecue with friends.

Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay 2021

Color: Beautiful pale yellow color with brilliant reflections.

Nose: Full-bodied wine with floral notes and intense aromas of passion fruit.

Palate: Beautiful acidic structure with a fresh and pleasantly soft finish.

Recommendation: Enjoy as an aperitif, with seafood, or with young cheeses.

Over the last twenty years, the Colchagua Valley has developed from a quiet piece of farmland into one of Chile's most important and active wine regions. The low altitude of Colchagua's coastal hills allows Pacific breezes to interact with Andean winds, cooling the valley and extending the region's ripening period. This helps preserve the acidity of the grapes, producing red wines with excellent color, great freshness, and good aging potential. Colores Santos (Holy Colors) is a tribute to Chilean nature, its landscapes, flora, and fauna. A land of a thousand colors, a land of contrasts. The grapes for this wine grow in the D.O. Valle Central, at the foot of the Andes. The "Valle Central" in Chile is one of South America's most important wine-growing regions. It stretches from the Maipo Valley (south of Santiago) to the southern end of the Maule Valley. These 400 km encompass many different climates and terroirs, leading to very diverse wine profiles.
