Nose: Fruity and sweet: pear, green apple and apricot, then white chocolate and vanilla, along with a peppery heat, a little icing sugar and candied red berries.
Palate: Fresh, lively and peppery with crisp green apple and pear, white pepper and cinnamon, then candied tropical fruit and berries with honey, toffee and icing sugar.
Finish: Of decent length; peppery warmth and green apple remain while honey, chocolate and toffee fade quickly, finally turning somewhat dry and tannic.
