A Portuguese-inspired Dry Gin, distilled by hand in small batches at the Altonaer Spirituosen Manufaktur in Hamburg. The botanicals include juniper, fresh lemons from Portugal, coriander, lavender, cinnamon and the rare rockrose (Cistus). On the palate it is soft and dry, with fresh citrus notes, floral accents and a slightly salty note.
