- Nose: Complex aromas of butter, liquorice and even an unconventional petrol note, but above all of toasted bread.
- Palate: Creamy but not overly sweet; raisins, dried plums and fragrant, freshly sawn wood, then suddenly spicier, peppery, tannin-rich and mineral.

Glenlossie 2010/2023 - This Speyside malt has reached perfect maturity after two years of aging in sherry casks. Although it may initially seem a little reserved on the nose, with a little time and a drop of water, it develops complex aromas of butter, liquorice, and even an unconventional hint of petrol, but especially of toasted bread.
On the palate, it presents itself creamy with notes of raisins, dried plums, and fresh sour wood. Suddenly, it becomes spicier and more mineral, before offering additional aromas of pepper, tannins, and sweetness, accompanied by a distinct note of dark chestnut honey, just before the finish.
