Nose: Plum jam, fully ripe strawberries with cream and black cherry, along with milk chocolate, sweet old sherry, rock candy and raisins

Palate: creamy and oily at first with rock candy, plum jam and dry sherry as well as dark chocolate, espresso and hints of red fruits with a trace of salt towards the end

Finish: long, warming and soft with dark fruits, rock candy, dark chocolate and espresso, and again a little salt
