Nose: Juicy fresh grass, then buttered scones, a hint of apricot jam and light black tea with cream.
Palate: Grassy, but not quite as fresh, with scones again with less butter, apricot and stronger black tea. Towards the end, delicate melting milk chocolate is added.
Finish: Medium length and elegant with sweet black tea with cream and scones.
