As the distillery's first and so far only bottling, KAVALAN Solist Peaty Cask combines the tropical fruit aromas typical of KAVALAN
with a pleasant peaty note. This is achieved by maturing the whisky in selected former Islay casks. With this bottling, KAVALAN is breaking new ground that will delight whisky lovers.
Color: honey-colored gold tone
Bouquet: rich in honey, toffee, beeswax and coconut, with a little water, tropical fruit aromas such as kiwi and citrus fruits unfold.
Taste: Toffee and butterscotch with a hint of peat, notes of pepper and red chili on the finish, very complex, oily and balanced.
Recommendation: Enjoy this special whisky as a digestif, unchilled in a whisky tulip glass or on ice. What could be better than ending the day with an exclusive cigar and a fine whisky.
