The Solist Vinho is aged in wine barrels, with both red and white wine barrels used for
aging. After their use for wine, the barrels are carefully scraped and
then toasted under controlled conditions to unlock the full intensity of the fruity notes before being filled with
Kavalan distillate.
Color: deep autumn gold
Bouquet: rich fusion of vanilla and caramelized sugar with dark
chocolate. Ripe melon and mango together with kiwi and delicate notes of citrus with pepper in the
background.
Taste: the taste is rounded off with a clear and complex aroma
Recommendation: Enjoy this special whisky neat or on the rocks, as a digestif, in a cozy setting, with a cigar. It also pairs very well with desserts such as chocolate soufflé with exotic fruits.
