Nose: Elegant, sweet peat smoke followed by citrus and honey notes, ending with hints of vanilla and salted caramel.
Palate: Shaped by the Bourbon casks: malty at first, then green fruits such as apple and pear; towards the end light spice, raisins and toffee.
Finish: The peat smoke returns and stays on the palate. The oily texture of this 100% Islay allows for a creamy profile, balanced by toffee and caramelised sugar.
