The Loch Gorm Limited Edition 2024 matured for at least 9 years in Oloroso Sherry Butts sourced from the renowned bodega José y Miguel Martín. The 23 casks, personally selected by Kilchoman founder Anthony Wills, are a combination of 17 first-fill and 6 refill casks from three different distillation years. The sherry-soaked oak adds layers of rich fruit character that perfectly complement the classic Kilchoman peat smoke and citrus aromas.
Nose: Waves of sweet BBQ smoke and cooked fruits with dark chocolate and dried figs.
Palate: Delicate peat smoke combined with honey, roasted nuts, cinnamon, and barley malt.
Finish: Fresh notes of citrus and rich toffee.
