Cask Strength
A floral element reminiscent of elderflower and heather introduces this dram on the nose. This is joined by notes of vanilla and vanilla pudding and a sweet note reminiscent of banana foam.
On the palate, notes of cocoa nibs and Iberico ham appear, paired with an earthy peat smoke influence. The development of a tropical note is evident in hints of pineapple and coconut.
The peat smoke lingers on the finish along with a note of shortbread.
