Fresh on the nose, reminiscent of morning dew, pine forest, and damp gooseberry bushes, with a vegetal hemp note developing over time.
On the palate: the peat comes to the forefront, with a characteristic sweetness that manifests in notes of toasted marshmallows and s'mores, along with a hint of lemon drizzle cake and shortbread.
The sweet peat influence continues into the finish, followed by a salty note and hints of burnt pretzels and fresh green apples.
