Fresh on the nose, reminiscent of morning dew, pine forest and damp gooseberry bushes, with a herbaceous hemp note developing over time.

On the palate: the peat comes to the fore, with a characteristic sweetness evident in notes of toasted marshmallows and s'mores, along with a hint of lemon drizzle cake and shortbread.

The finish continues with the sweet peat influence, followed by a salty note and hints of burnt pretzels and fresh green apples.
