Distilled from barley sourced less than six miles from the Kingsbarns Distillery, our flagship single malt KINGSBARNS DOOCOT has enjoyed extended cask maturation to achieve balance and complexity. Production Manager Isabella Wemyss carefully selected a combination of first-fill ex-bourbon casks and first-fill STR (shaved, toasted, re-charred) ex-Portuguese red wine barriques for the maturation of KINGSBARNS DOOCOT.
With its sweet and fruity character, KINGSBARNS DOOCOT is full of summer
summer blossoms and tropical fruits, complemented by a rich colour derived from the
high-quality casks in which it matured.
