For a quarter of a century, Maison Krug has been fulfilling its dream of producing its own Rosé Champagne that reflects its unique character. The 25ème Édition combines the finest wines from five different vintages, with the most recent one dating back to 2013.
The result: An assemblage of elegance and expressiveness, paired with fruity nuances of all kinds, as well as spicy aromas of astonishing breadth and depth. This exceptional Krug Rosé Champagne is ideal for food pairing. As a red wine substitute, it provides a special flair.
Color:
A subtle, pale pink hue with fine bubbles.
Aroma:
Aromas of rose hips, smoked ham, mulberries, red currants, peonies, paprika, and pink grapefruit are revealed.
Taste:
Fine notes of honey, citrus, and dried fruits with a long finish.
Suggested pairings:
The various aromas and silky texture of Krug Rosé make it an ideal companion to foie gras or anchovies.
