Ein spritziger, himbeerroter Perlwein mit fruchtiger Beerenaromatik – leicht, verspielt und für den unkomplizierten Genussmoment gemacht.
Geschmack
Farbe: Strahlendes Himbeerrot.
Nase: Fruchtig-blumig, mit Aromen von roten Beeren – Himbeere und Erdbeere stehen im Vordergrund.
Gaumen: Frisch und fruchtig, mit feiner, lebendiger Perlage und einer angenehmen, nicht aufdringlichen Fülle im Abgang.
Herstellung
Nach der Ernte werden die Trauben zügig in die Kellerei gebracht, selektiert und behutsam gepresst. Nach der Gärung der Grundweine und dem Zusammenstellen der Cuvée reift der Perlwein nach der Charmat-Methode (im Gegensatz zur Flaschengärung deutlich schonender für die Fruchtaromatik) und einige Monate in der Flasche nach, bevor er degorgiert wird.

Als spritziger Aperitif, zu leichten Vorspeisen oder als unkomplizierter Begleiter für gesellige Anlässe.
