The sweetest and "cosiest" of all Oé wines: moelleux, soft and with a residual sweetness that bridges aperitif and dessert perfectly.

Tasting note

A bright golden colour. On the nose, delicate aromas of white flowers, yellow stone fruit and apricot. Fine and balanced on the palate, with a creamy, velvety texture; fresh on entry, with notes of honey, linden blossom and peach. Residual sugar: 46 g/l.

At the table As an aperitif, with foie gras, strong characterful cheeses, chocolate desserts, fruit tarts or a vanilla crème brûlée.

Sustainability Certified organic, vegan (plant-based instead of animal fining agents), in a reusable returnable bottle with a natural cork.

The winemaker

The wine is made by François, an Oé winemaker in Thénac, from the Muscadelle and Sémillon varieties. It is vinified in temperature-controlled tanks and then aged on its lees.

Oé was founded in 2015 by Thomas Lemasle and François-Xavier Henry and has been a certified B Corp since 2017 – with a clear focus on sustainable, organic viticulture without pesticides.
