The winemaker
The wine is made by Emmanuel, an Oé winemaker in Sorgues, who makes targeted use of biodiversity to benefit his vines. The blend consists of Roussanne and Grenache Blanc, the typical white grape varieties of southern France.
Vinification
Traditional vinification with direct pressing, 24 to 48 hours of settling in tank at low temperature, followed by alcoholic fermentation.
Tasting note
Fresh and balanced on the palate, with pleasing versatility. Ideal with fresh goat's cheese or roasted oven vegetables.
