Each of them will showcase Lochlea Single Malt in a different light and reflect what happens on the farm with the changing seasons. In spring, for example, everything awakens and the seeds for this year's barley are sown. A lively, powerful time, which the Sowing Edition perfectly captures in terms of taste. For the profile characterized by green apples, pears and raspberries, warm shortbread and fresh, floral notes, the Single Malt is aged 100% in First Fill Bourbon Barrels.
