Moët & Chandon introduces the House's 75th vintage, the Grand Vintage 2013. A unique vintage to date, with the latest harvest in the past 30 years. Together with the Grand Vintage Rosé 2013, these vintage champagnes are the epitome of a golden autumn.
Color:
Pale yellow with shimmering greenish reflections
Aroma:
The bouquet is initially floral and gradually reveals a fruity potpourri reminiscent of juicy peaches, ripe mangoes, and bananas. Nuances of white pepper and delicate marzipan notes complete the nasal flavor profile.
Taste:
From the very first sip, we are greeted by fruity nectarines and currants, which gradually give way to a creamy richness that skillfully expands the range of aromas and ends with sweet-bitter notes of pomelos.
Menu suggestions:
It makes an excellent aperitif.
Choose warm roasted flavors to complement the maturity of this champagne.
Serve a spicy or slightly bitter sauce that harmonizes with the subtle grapefruit notes in the finish.
