The 44th Grand Vintage Rosé follows the tradition of its predecessor and expands Moët & Chandon's inspiring collection of vintage champagnes. Each Grand Vintage is unique. Each one has the distinctive and inimitable character of the grapes that produced this outstanding year, a character fully expressed by the expertise and experience of the Chef de Cave.
Taste:
The Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Rosé presents itself in a light pink with hints of orange, radiant and clear with a fine perlage. Initially sweet notes are followed by aromas of red berries, pomegranate, blood orange, and star anise. Black pepper, cinnamon, and ripe notes of leather and dried flowers complete its profile. The opening on the palate is fresh and straightforward. Afterwards, the Grand Vintage Rosé tastes of berries, intensely of grapefruit, and also slightly of chocolate. This Rosé Champagne is full-bodied and fascinatingly spicy on the finish.
Production:
The production of a Rosé Champagne is elaborate and exclusive. Each Grand Vintage is unique and an original personal and free interpretation by the cellar master of the excellent quality of the grapes of a very special year. The masterful assemblage and the long maturation period of 5 years in the cellars of the Maison, as well as a low dosage with matured vintage wines, make this Vintage Cuvée a very special, indeed unforgettable champagne experience.

Enjoy chilled at 6-10°C. Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Rosé is a champagne that is perfect as an aperitif, but also with marinated beef carpaccio with plums, smoked salmon, or pheasant with cranberries.
