TASTING NOTES
Color: Light pink with traces of orange, brilliant and clear with fine perlage
Aroma: Initially lively fruity notes are followed by spicy herbal aromas
Taste: Powerful and multi-faceted on the palate. Light notes of mint, anise, herbs and subtle wild berries are complemented in the finish by notes of sweet pastry
Production:
The production of a Rosé Champagne is elaborate and exclusive. Each Grand Vintage is unique and an original interpretation by the cellar master of the excellent quality of the grapes of a very special year. The artful assemblage and the long maturation period of 5 years in the cellars of the Maison, as well as a low dosage with mature vintage wines, make this Vintage Cuvée a very special, even unforgettable champagne experience.
Serving suggestions:
Enjoy chilled at 9-12°C. Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Rosé is a champagne that is perfect as an aperitif, but also with marinated beef carpaccio with plums, smoked salmon or pheasant with cranberries.
