Vinification and Maturation

Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial is an exquisite rosé champagne produced using the traditional Méthode Champenoise. The blend consists mainly of Pinot Noir (40–50%), complemented by Pinot Meunier (30–40%) for fruitiness and Chardonnay (10–20%) for elegance. After secondary fermentation in the bottle, the champagne matures on its lees for several months to develop its fine effervescence and complex aromas.
