Vinification and Maturation

The Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial Limited Edition, created in collaboration with Pharrell Williams, is based on a masterful assemblage of over 100 wines, including 20 to 30% reserve wines, which provide additional maturity, complexity, and consistency. The cuvée consists of the classic Champagne grape varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. After the second fermentation, the Champagne ages for at least 24 months in the historic cellars of the house in Épernay.

This exclusive special edition combines Moët & Chandon's iconic heritage with Pharrell Williams' vision of collective joy. The design – in gold, deep blue, and Bordeaux red – is highlighted by Pharrell's personal signature in pearl white dots and a unique "PW" monogram on the bottle. A tribute to birthdays, rituals, and the people you love.

Characteristics

The Brut Impérial presents itself with a golden-yellow color and lively bubbles. On the nose, aromas of green apple, citrus fruits, and delicate floral nuances unfold, complemented by nutty tones and brioche. On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, and elegant with a subtle fruitiness and a delicate, long-lasting finish. A Champagne that is both accessible and refined – ideal for festive occasions.
