Nc’nean is now setting a new milestone: The pioneers have bottled the organic whisky from their Core Range at cask strength for the first time – and exclusively for their strong fan base in Germany. 4,998 bottles of the Nc’nean Organic Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Cask Strength are available.
It matured in the same cask combination as the standard, but is bottled undiluted from the 55% STR Red Wine, 43% Bourbon, and 2% Oloroso Sherry Casks. This allows typical notes such as sweet lemon cream, bright ripe fruits like peach and apricot, and rye bread with herbal spices to unfold in a pronounced form at 59.6% vol. Cask Strength.
