4,447 bottles Nc’nean Huntress 2022. With this single malt in the dark recycled bottle, the distillery from the Morvern peninsula presents for the first time a result of its experiments with yeast – the ingredient for fascinating aromas. Huntress was unconventionally produced with three types of yeast. Among them: DistilaMax RM. Typically used in rum production, this strain in Huntress 2022 brings out notes of tropical fruits, paired with a luscious minerality, which lends a new complexity to the limited-edition whisky.
